Tell us about your community-building activities in 2019 (<500 characters)

In 2019 we entered our fifth year of the Danbury Hackerspace at the Innovation Center, a non-profit center for artists, entrepreneurs, makers, and craftspeople to start, develop, build, prototype, and grow companies. We offer free training and office hours on marketing, sales, 3D printing, computer aided design, CNC programming, and industrial laser cutting. We taught free classes for kids on CAD, App Programming, stop-motion animation, and more. We ran our fourth year of free summer camps and had more than 170 kids attend the Maker Camp, Robotics Camp, and Teen Innovation Programs. We also had more than 2,000 attendees for our 9th STEAM Fair.
