Marti Law Group - A boutique law firm focusing on the real estate industry and start-up/small business. We differentiate ourselves by establishing long-term relationships with realtors, home buyers and sellers, as well as entrepreneurs around the community. The practice of law has become mainly transactional, thus we emerge to renew a relationship focus. Clients turn to us on account of our excellence and experience as entrepreneurs ourselves.
My Hustle My Fight - An e-commerce fitness apparel brand with a mission of raising awareness for three distinct causes: Cystic Fibrosis, mental health, and anti-bullying. Proceeds from sales go to organizations in support of these fights. We aim to inspire and empower the community through fitness. The messages we receive, generally on social media, remind us that our cause is a worthy battle.
111 Seymour - A real estate holding company with beautiful rental units offered to the West Hartford market.

Marti Law Group - Began with a sole practitioner, and through extensive networking and market penetration, built a firm that is now drawing from all around the State. We are in the process of adding a number of staff members to help in maintaining our model of client-first services (in other words, whatever it takes to ensure clients are happy...see our Google reviews!).
My Hustle My Fight started as a passion project, but is rapidly growing into something much greater. With major influencers/competitors in the CrossFit and fitness community, we have rapidly expanded operations to roll out more products (the initial plan was just for t-shirts) and expand our geographic reach. We now sponsor athletes from CrossFit Games finalists to Norwegian and American professional squash players (currently we have #17, #150, and #1 under age 18 in the world, respectively!!).
111 Seymour is trending to add a number of units in the next 6-12 months. We enjoy working within the West Hartford community in which we live.
For all organizations, growth has started off better than expected in 2019 and has continued the upward trajectory in early 2020.

What people are saying about Justin Marti ...
Justin embodies the truest essence of the ethical entrepreneur. He partnered with a dentist in Boston in 2007 with a vision to create greater access to dental care for the underserved population. At a time when many healthcare providers chose not to accept state insurance, Justin’s team opened practices at a rapid pace, becoming the largest provider of dental care to medicaid patients in the State of Connecticut. After he and his partners built the brand to over 40 locations, they consummated a sale to private equity, at which time Justin exited the organization in pursuit of his next entrepreneurial endeavors. Today, Justin is an accomplished real estate and business Attorney with an obvious focus on startup and entrepreneurship. He is also the owner/manager of multi-family properties in West Hartford. In addition, he operates his e-commerce brand, focused on bringing awareness (and donating) to certain charitable causes; most notably, Cystic Fibrosis, mental health awareness and an anti-bullying campaign. The apparel produced by the company are ethically-sourced, and the production facilities work tirelessly to ensure practices surpassing sustainability guidelines. Meagan Tuttle
Justin and I went to law school together at a time when he owned and operated dental offices across five states. He managed his organization by building an impressive team of office-level and regional managers. As if running a $50MM company and attending law school at night was not enough, Justin also had a new family and baby at home. He has gone on to become a successful lawyer with his own firm, and a leader in the business community in and around West Hartford. He has multi-family investment properties that he keeps in great shape, and also started an e-commerce brand that is focused on giving to charity and helping those in need. He has already built a worldwide following. I think that Justin is truly deserving of this award. Thank you.Ulysses Ulysses Whitehead
